• Due to a kindergarten prep market deficit, I built a school and tutoring business with an annual revenue of $40,000

• Dissatisfied with preschool curriculums on the market, I developed a research based, active learning curriculum that resulted in 80% of students reading and doing basic math by years end

• Recognized a need for stay-at-home women to earn an income, I mentored other start-ups expanding from 1 to 4 schools in seven years

Panama City, Panama  January  2010 – June 2012

Facilitator/Teacher 

• Identified a shift by multinational companies to make English their official language, I coached Spanish speaking executives at the largest energy, consumer products and consulting companies in Panama reducing errors that identified them as non-native speakers

President Parent Organization

• Launched new high school dedicated to teaching a classical curriculum

• Launched parent organization to support new high school and provide a liaison between parents and school administration 

• Increased fundraising revenue sources by organizing a 501c3 non-profit

• Due to a lack of funding, I created a perpetual revenue source by building a vending business generating $3000.00 monthly revenue

• Supported music, sports and other school organizations by recruiting, training and leading 40+ individuals and teams

• Standardized Booster procedures and practices by developing training materials and leading bi-annual training seminars for new parent volunteers
